F+P was founded in 2008 with the aim of providing professional support for the transitions between the project phases of planning, construction and operation in technically demanding building projects. This approach arose not least from the extensive activities of the founders in teaching and research at the TU Darmstadt and the FH Gießen Friedberg.
We firmly believe that teaching needs feedback from practice. Just as practice can be inspired by new ideas and approaches from research and teaching. The interaction of the success factors of people, process and facility is particularly important to us.
In this understanding, we continue to be active with teaching assignments or as lecturers at both universities.
